Actuary
Lower Engadine / Val Müstair Regional Court | 40-80% | Sent
For January 1, 2026, or by agreement, to strengthen our team we are looking for an actuary.
Tasks
- As an actuary, you support the judge who leads the procedure in the instruction of cases, in determining legal issues, and in drafting decision drafts.
- Additional tasks may be delegated to you within the framework of the court's activities.
- You participate with an advisory vote in hearings in the criminal and civil sectors, draft the minutes, judgments, and decisions.
What we expect from you
- Completed studies in law (preferably with a lawyer's license) and possibly experience in drafting decisions.
- In addition to good analytical skills, your strengths include an independent, precise, and efficient working method.
- For this position, editorial skills and proficiency in the German language are assumed. Knowledge of a second official language is desirable.
