Caregiver Personalities for the Aspermont Leisure Club in Chur

To strengthen our team at the Aspermont Leisure Club in Chur, we are looking for motivated and warm caregiver personalities starting January 2026.

The leisure club is aimed at people with intellectual and/or cerebral disabilities and offers them the opportunity to spend their leisure time meaningfully and accompanied outside of institutions and families. Our goal is to bring variety to everyday life, promote social contacts, and at the same time effectively relieve families.

The leisure club is open on Wednesdays from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Your Tasks

• Warm and empathetic care of the leisure club guests
• Possible assistance with eating and toilet visits
• Responsibility for the guests entrusted to you during walks, excursions, and external activities
• Assistance with all cleaning tasks (kitchen, club premises, and toilet)

Your Profile

• Openness to shared leisure activities for adults with intellectual and physical disabilities
• Empathy and patience
• Appreciative and respectful interaction
• Teamwork, willingness to communicate, creativity, and independence
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Flexibility
