As the FP&A Analyst at our European Headquarters in Regensdorf, Switzerland, your primary role is to drive and support all FP&A activities for the EMEA businesses, whist also collaborating with Corporate Finance in the US. The candidate will be able to conduct complex data modelling to create strategic business insights and work directly with senior sales leaders to turn insights into actions.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform complex data analysis, translating them into insights and findings as well as storytelling-style presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate on full P&L reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and support annual budget process on a full P&L basis
Continuously improve processes through automation. Identify areas of opportunity to use business intelligence platforms and partner with IT to deploy
Support sophisticated financial models to support key decision making
Build and own sales commission plans and models for the regional business
The Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma, or related qualifications, and ideally FP&A experience in an international, large company environment (preference for an industrial/product/tech business etc rather than banking, insurance or other financial service sectors)
Analytical/problem-solving skills at the macro and micro level
Ability to provide operational and strategic support to Senior Leaders, with exceptional communication, listening, interpersonal, and influencing skills
Very strong Excel skills. Ideally also working knowledge of Microsoft BI stack (specifically Power BI)
