The building once housed a large bathhouse, but thanks to its excellent acoustics, it soon became the world-famous Sofiensäle. Inspired by its past, music still lives on in our Ruby Sofie today.

• Maintain close communication with your Cluster Manager as well as all relevant departments in the Corporate Office

We have been waiting for you because you:

• Have completed vocational training in hospitality or gastronomy and/or a degree in hotel management / business administration
• Bring extensive experience in an operational leadership role or a comparable position in lifestyle hospitality / gastronomy
• Have very good POS, PMS, and business management knowledge
• Are a motivating and charismatic leader and, with your authentic and loyal nature, both a team lead and team player
• Have a warm and friendly demeanor and your communication skills make you shine in every interaction
• Possess a hands-on mentality and can charmingly respond to guest needs
• Speak fluent German and English

The minimum salary is based on the collective agreement for the hotel industry and depends on experience and qualifications. Overpayment is possible.
