Delivery Manager- TixNgo

In this role

You will:

  • Organize the global activities of the SecuTix agile teams, ensuring overall delivery on-time and on-quality for the SecuTix solution

  • Define delivery capacity, team organization and processes (Way of Work, SAFE based)

  • Establish quarterly delivery plans and commitments based on internal/external requirements and communicate to all stakeholders

  • Organize and animate cross-team agile events

  • Oversee global delivery progress, detect risks, issue and activate mitigation actions

  • Report delivery status to the management

  • Support Senior Delivery Manager in various management / admin activities

  • Manage and coach scrum masters

About your profile

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, including proven practice managing large scale delivery operations with multiple agile teams

  • Experience in working with offshoring centers

  • Knowledge is SAFE portfolio

  • Very good understanding of Internet technologies, SaaS and cloud-based platforms and mobile solutions, with hands-on experience

  • Customer-centric obsession and passion for coordinating challenging operations

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Goal-oriented and structured working method

  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
