Position Summary

As Global Integrated Media Communication Lead, you will lead Integrated Media Communication and Media Agency Management globally helping marketers (markets, Zones, SBUs) to ensure a seamless and integrated audience-first (paid) media communication approach and effective media agency management. You will also drive Media Communication digital transformation to win in the new reality and to accelerate growth.

A day in the life of a Global Integrated Media Communication Lead
  • Develop and implement global frameworks (eg Global Media Council, BEP 3&4, SIW, Digital Media), new agencies set-up, steer regional media leads as well as local Nestlé Media Communication teams
  • Guide and coordinate marketers to establish best-in-class Media Communication, including full-funnel Media Communication strategies and Media Planning, excellence in execution, digital media automation, new ways of working and new media opportunities
  • Drive cross-functional projects in the area of Integrated Media Communications e.g. reporting, effectiveness measurement
  • Actively seek full-funnel integration and work with markets, Zones, SBUs, global teams, agencies and media partners to identify future benefits and ways of working
  • Steer global agency teams to drive effectiveness, efficiencies, transformation and consistency across the globe
  • Co-develop 2021-25 Nestlé´s strategies to build Media Communication future set-up
  • Develop trainings and materials to bring new media communication capabilities to markets as part of our transformation

What will make you successful
  • (Previous) experience of managing / working on large global media budgets either at Nestlé or within media agency
  • Strong understanding of the Media Communication landscape, with experience across Programmatic, Search, eCommerce and Social Media
  • Strong grasp of advertising technology landscape and implications on successful Digital Media activation
  • Understanding of measurement solutions and methodologies to calculate media efficiency and effectiveness
  • Strong commercial negotiation capability with senior stakeholders
  • Fluent in English
