Your Responsibilities
Development and execution of 360 deg communication campaigns in collaboration with the team agency partners and internal stakeholders
Coordination and management of campaign deployment across various mediums including ATL/BTL but also POS implementation
Creation and execution of diverse multimedia projects focusing on both traditional and digital platforms
Help developing the narratives and content strategies
Leading end-to-end video production processes including conception filming editing and post-production tasks
Advising internal teams on effective multimedia approaches and strategies
Collaborating closely with Social Media Manager/Content Creator to align communication efforts and leverage synergies
Supporting the development and rollout of editorial plans ensuring seamless integration across all communication channels
Maintaining a strong liaison with social media stakeholders and e-commerce teams to ensure coherence in messaging and branding
Building and nurturing partnerships with external agencies and partners to enhance campaign effectiveness and reach.
In a nutshell this role requires a strategic thinker with a love for creative storytelling and a strong ability to execute integrated communication campaigns across diverse channels collaborating closely with both internal teams and external partners.
What we're looking for
University degree or similar ideally in communication/marketing coupled with several years of hands-on experience in campaign execution on agency or client side.
Proficiency in implementing both ATL and BTL campaigns.
A proactive and self-reliant approach to work with a talent for generating creative ideas and solutions.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude making you an excellent team player.
Fluent in German with proficiency in English knowledge of French would be advantageous.
Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and other standard graphic design tools would be an advantage
