Job description:

The Social Media Community Manager is playing a crucial role in fostering an active and engaged online community. The responsibilities include developing and executing community engagement strategies and actively speaking to the H. Moser & Cie.’s audience. Passion for social media and proactive approach to community trends will contribute to the overall success of our brand’s online presence.


Main tasks:

Develop and execute community engagement strategies in alignment
with H. Moser & Cie.’s global marketing and communication strategy

Create and coordinate editorial calendars aligned with the digital communication plan

Write, review and post compelling content to engage with the brand’s community

Understand the communities and respond promptly to comments and questions, fostering positive interaction

Liaise with internal teams to gather the precise answers to the community

Develop and update social media guidelines and tone of voice in accordance to the brand’s strategy

Monitor, analyse and evaluate performances and community engagement, as well as providing regular reports on all owned channels

Support the local markets to adapt the main social media calendar to the local requirements

 

Your profile:

Substantial experience in Community management within a global environment

Exceptional copywriting skills and proofreading skills, with a very high attention to details

Excellent understanding of social media listening tools, KPIs and metrics

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation tools

Native English is mandatory, any other language is a plus

Passion for social media and high horology
