If you are integrated in the workflow, you can do your work to the satisfaction of the customer. Service Excellence is "normally" in the foreground. Unfortunately, the power word of the leading position is often missing.
This could be improved
Old-established ones are knocking down the new ones and driving away young talent. You have to part with such employees, no matter how long they have been with the company!
