About the candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; JD or equivalent qualification preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on investment management
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing the financial sector, particularly in Switzerland
• Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience working in a legal capacity within an investment firm or financial institution
• Familiarity with fund structures and investment products
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
