Curaden is looking for an experienced Application Manager to join our team in Kriens, Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development of new features and enhancements for our digital solutions, including online shops, web applications, and mobile apps. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital products, as well as providing second-level support to international stakeholders.


Your tasks
  • Serve as the Agile Product Owner, coordinating the development of new features and enhancements for our digital solutions (online shops, web applications and mobile apps).
  • Manage the backlog items, define priorities, and ensure effective sprint planning.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our digital products.
  • Prepare releases, update documentation, and conduct training sessions to facilitate the successful adoption of new features and enhancements.
  • Engage in requirements engineering, analysing technical feasibility, coordinating with internal and external contacts, creating backlog items, and providing estimates and timelines.
  • Configure CMS backend systems, align module management across multiple instances, maintain product data, and coordinate the update of modules and core systems.
  • Stay up to date with current technology trends, optimize processes, and share knowledge and best practices with the team to foster continuous improvement.

Your profile
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in web shops, digital project management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with the configuration of CMS and webshop systems.
  • Experience in requirements engineering and backlog management.
  • Solid project management and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluent English language skills; German proficiency is considered an advantage.
