(Deputy) Head of Pricing Specialty Lines (all gender), Full-Time or Part-Time

• 
  
• As (Deputy) Head of Pricing Specialty Lines you are responsible for building, refining, and improving existing pricing models and tools used by respective lines of business
• You lead a small team of pricing actuaries applying actuarial and data science techniques
• You develop pricing tools for testing purposes (e.g., in Excel) in collaboration with the business and produce specifications for implementation in Underwriting IT systems
• You lead the innovation and efficiency efforts related to tools and analysis in support of Underwriting's pricing decisions with respect to large accounts as well as portfolio price adequacy analyses
• You create and deliver actuarial presentations to all levels of management as required

• Degree in quantitative field (Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Data Science or related field requiring modeling, programming, or quantitative analysis)
• Qualified actuary with 5 - 10 years' experience in insurance/reinsurance pricing or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Good level of programming skills with tools like SAS, R, Python, EMBLEM, Radar,
  SQL Server, MS Office VBA
• Leadership experience
• You are fluent in English and German, any other language is valuable
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation, ability to explain technical topics to a non-technical audience
