• Best-in-class customer advice, top customer service and excellent operational processes (checkout, stock, inventory, ...).
• The tidy and ritual-compliant maintenance and presentation of the products, sales areas, back office and warehouse.
• Close cooperation with the team and Store Manager:in regarding initiatives to achieve goals, training, coaching etc.

Whether you've been a Sales Associate, Beauty Advisor, Sales Assistant, Sales Consultant or Client Advisor, show us who you are!

You are not just a salesperson, but a results-oriented consultant with an affinity for beauty. You have experience in a lifestyle and/or service-oriented industry (retail, luxury retail, retail, cosmetics, fashion, fashion, cruise ships, hotels, restaurants, luxury gastronomy). A retail management qualification is an advantage, but not essential.

You have excellent storytelling & communication skills.

Furthermore, you are always positive, empathetic, team-oriented, digitally savvy, willing to learn and flexible in every respect.
