IHRE AUFGABEN

Technical

• Orchestrate all functional and technical development of the Pitchbook Platform and its various aspects and interfaces in coordination with internal IT and external developers

• Write functional specifications, request and approve development offers from internal IT and external developers, followed by testing and approving all new development efforts

• Investigate and resolve technical errors and bugs, in coordination with internal IT and external developers

Content

• Oversee the creation of new slides and commission graphics in coordination with the branding team

• Manage and coordinate Legal and Compliance reviews, translations and proof readings with internal and external proof readers

• Ensure all Pitchbook slides are accurate and current at all times

• Manage requests for content changes and new content/slides

• Liaise with stakeholders to review and update content on regular basis

• Ensure language alignment with corporate guidelines

Management

• Promote the platform and educate users through published information, our intranet page, and introductory sessions

• Field user questions about functionality and content

• Organize and chair meetings with content owners

• Plan budget and manage invoicing, produce monthly usage reportings

YOUR PROFILE

• Ability to understand complex software environments

• Knowledge of Censhare, InDesign, Excel and analytics

• Project- and stakeholder management

• English native equivalent, good German would be an advantage

• Hands-on attitude and detail orientation

• Ability to work under pressure
