For our European Engineering Team in Widen (AG, near Zurich), Switzerland, we are looking for an independent, communicative and open-minded CAE Engineer (m/w/d).

• Designing and optimizing structural components for automotive bodies utilizing Finite Element Method (FEM)
• Managing customer projects from initial concept to mass production implementation
• Conducting verification and validation of both prototype and mass-produced parts
• Developing modeling techniques and material cards for foams and plastics
• Ensuring a strong collaboration with our French customers

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with LS-Dyna, Abaqus Explicit, PamCrash or Radioss
• Strong theoretical background in FEM methods
• Familiar with plastics, composites and/or foams
• Experience with mechanical testing and lab work
• Convincing and target-oriented team player
• Native French speaker or fluent, with proficient English skills
