Talvik Trust Services AG (“Talvik”) is Vaduz-based Trustee Company licensed by the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority and forms part of a world-class trust structure and private investment group. The group invests globally, across all major asset classes in institutional size. Talvik’s core responsibilities include:

  • Key enabler within the group
  • Providing investment and trust administration
  • Payment execution and cash balance management
  • Accounting, cost control, budgeting and reporting
  • Document management and data security
  • Compliance activities
  • Director, trustee and stakeholder support

 

We are looking for a:

We are looking for a Trust Administration Officer. The ideal candidate plays a key role to a compliant payment process with punctual correct documented files. The Trust Administration Officer works closely with the accounting team members and reports to the Finance Manager. 

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures and correspondence verbally and/or in writing directly with business partners, bankers, lawyers, assets managers and service providers
  • Prioritize and handle email requests and queries in an efficient and professional manner and initiating further steps like payment preparations, approvals and signatures as well as legal documents filing
  • Arrange settlement of invoices including compliance checks & documentation, entering to accounting & banking platform in line with Talvik’s policies and procedures
  • Ensure all trust and company records are maintained and accurate (e.g. constitutional documents, share register, resolutions) 

Requirements  

  • Relevant Trust Administration experience (3+ years)
  • Optional a university degree or equivalent and preferably 3+ years of experience in finance
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (former Navision) software for payment and accounting processes would be desirable
  • Ability to work efficiently, diligently and independently in an international environment
  • Organized, accurate and detail-oriented with sound judgement and integrity
  • Professional excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A can-do positive mindset, resilient, flexible and willing to support team objectives
  • Office location: Vaduz Liechtenstein
