Manager Quality Assurance (m/w/d)

Quality assurance, located in Lyss or Zürich Altstetten

nanoTRONIC is an innovative engineering company with main location in Lyss and a site in Zurich Altstetten. Our Team is working in a broad environment with high competence for the development of Hardware, Software and embedded solutions. Our products are widely used in space, avionic, medicine, automotive and rail. The range of our customers are from small companies up to multinational corporations.

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager with sound experience in the ISO9000 series, as well as ESA standards ECSS with the focus on Product Assurance. You should be enthusiastic about highly specialized technology and appreciate the contact with international customers.

As Manager Quality Assurance you are responsible for the following main tasks :

• Continuous improvement of our Quality Assurance Management System and its adaptation to changes of the company organization


• Plan and carry out internal and external audits


• All Product Assurance tasks required by our customers


• Supporting of our engineering team for:
  
  
  
  • Selection of materials and processes
  
  
  • Selection of electronic components
  
  
  • Reliabilty analyses
  
  


• Management of the process for non-conformances


• Trainings especially for the behavior in our clean rooms and ESD areas


• Carry out of inspections during integration, testing and final acceptance


• Review of test reports


• Composition of the required acceptance documentation

You bring the following qualifications:

• Master degree in physics, electronic engineering or similar technical area


• Several years of experience in quality management, ideally in space industry. Additional training as auditor and/or certified ESA inspector is an advantage


• Quick comprehension and analytical thinking with independent working style


• Ability to find fast and target-oriented solutions


• Very good knowledge of English and German (oral and written), knowledge of French is an advantage


• Willingness to work at our customer’s or supplier’s location in case of need
