Develop your leadership potential on our Future Leaders graduate programme
If you’re a graduate with the talent and ambition to lead others, we’ll help you develop the expertise to become one of our Future Leaders.
Over three years, our Future Leaders graduate programme will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally. You’ll have three stretching rotations within pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare supply, depending on your area. In both cases, you’ll take on business-critical roles that offer amazing insights into our end-to-end supply chain. You’ll learn about the synergies and challenges that come with delivering optimum value to the business and the customer.
Meanwhile, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to meet senior leaders and graduates at training and networking events. And as well as core training and personal development courses, you’ll enjoy additional opportunities through your personal development budget.

Why You?Basic qualifications:
• A degree in Science, Engineering, Logistics, Business or related majors
• To be fluent in English (written and spoken) with Basic French understanding (reading and spoken)
• A maximum of 2 years professional experience (not including internships)
• To graduate before the programme starts (1 Sept 2019)

• a gift for building strong relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues
• the ability to adapt to change and stay focused under pressure

This will give us a better idea of your strengths and suitability for our Future Leaders graduate programme. Please check your email daily to see if you’ve been chosen – and complete the World of GSK by the deadline given.
If you succeed in the World of GSK, you’ll progress to the GSK Life job simulation. Following this, we will be looking back over the whole of your application so far to decide whether you meet the specific requirements of the programme in the country you have applied to.
The final round is our Assessment Centre. We anticipate this will be in June.
