We are bringing a new financial services paradigm to the blockchain and finance economy. In scope of our growth plans we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our CFO team.

In this function you will be responsible for the following:


  • Overall accountability for building, standardizing and maintaining respective transactional finance processes throughout the SEBA finance operating model on a local and global basis, in collaboration with the Head of Finance

  • Maintain and further develop the processes regarding financial accounting, closing and reporting

  • Responsible for the preparation of the month end processes including the annual financial statements

  • Develop an ALM and liquidity planning approach

  • Involvement into the daily preparation and booking of transactions

  • Prepare all direct and indirect tax related processes and declarations (direct and indirect)

  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls (adherence to ICS and internal accounting policy)

  • Support in the implementation of specific projects in the digital assets environment (e.g. covering the finance topics for the implementation of new products)

For you to become part of SEBA’s journey, we require the following set of experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or Business Administration, a Master’s degree is a plus

  • Degree as “Swiss certified public accountant (CPA)“ or “Fachmann in Finanz und Rechnungswesen“

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in Audit, Accounting and Financial Management with 5+ years of experience in an identical or similar role, ideally in banking or asset management

  • Robust process understanding from the content and technical IT perspective

  • Proficient MS Office, incl. Excel, good understanding of integrated ERP, experience with Finstar is a plus

  • Fluency in English is mandatory

  • Previous experiences in a start-up environment is a plus

  • Flair/interest to digital assets is a plus
