Duties and responsibilities:
The Outsource team are accountable and responsible for the operational performance of, commercial/contractual relationship with and delivery of change into our Outsource partners. The team are also responsible for the creation and execution of the Outsource strategy in line with Sunrise's business objectives.
  • Responsible for capacity delivery, operations, change and contract management of a designated service partner with approx. 150 - 350 FTEs
  • Serves as Sunrise partner management resource and country expert on functional or cross-functional teams or projects
  • Drives process improvement efforts with impact beyond own scope based on knowledge of call centre management and relevant operational area and is recognized as an Sunrise expert by service partners
  • Accountable for commercial adherence and performance and results of designated service partner, in support of company-wide goals and objectives, such as but not limited to: NPS, AHT, FCR and Sales

What we look for in an applicant:
    • Previous Operational Contact Centre Management and previous experience in Outsourcing / Service Partner Management in the Telco industy
    • Experience in managing Contracts & Commercials and/or P&L Telecoms industry
    • Successful track record of delivering quality, efficiency and KPIs and proven experience of leading, managing and motivating a team
    • Leadership, influencing both direct team and service partners, combined with excellent decision making skills
    • Strong stakeholder management skills
    • Excellent communication and report writing skills, in both German and English as a minimum
    • Requirement to travel on a frequent basis min 5 days per month
