We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable freelance tour guide to lead private and group city tours and day trips in Zermatt.

This is a flexible, on-demand position — ideal for guides who enjoy meeting travelers from around the world and sharing their passion for Swiss culture, history, and local life.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and informative city tours and day trips for private guests as well as larger groups.
• Provide commentary about key highlights, historical facts, local traditions, and culture.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (spoken and written). Additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, or German are a strong asset.
• Solid knowledge of local history, customs, and places of interest.
• Previous experience in tour guiding, tourism, or hospitality (not a must)
• Ability to invoice for freelance services.
