Your main responsibilities:

• Management of a challenging and broad role in a dynamic, fast-paced and growing environment.


• Development of purchasing strategies including control of supplier management in the Personnel Services division, mainly HR Sourcing


• Identification and realization of savings potentials as well as bundling of services within the scope of agreed objectives


• Independent project management for several customers with regard to procurement services


• Coordination of commercial, operational and legal aspects with relevant contacts in a cross-functional team


• Support sourcing strategies and implement regional/global requirements


• Ensure and maintain a close relationship with our internal and external stakeholders and interface partners


• Collaborate with our teams in the different countries

What you should bring:

• University degree in business administration, economics or equivalent


• Min 10 years of experience in procurement in an international corporate environment


• Extensive know-how and in-depth experience in Personnel Services procurement


• Experience in negotiating and executing contracts with various vendors


• Knowledge of the market / technologies / processes / instruments as well as contractual and legal aspects in the field of Personnel Services


• Solid user knowledge of E-Sourcing tools (SAP Ariba, Jaggaer) is an advantage


• Confident dealing with demanding customers in senior management


• Proactive, flexible and customer-oriented personality with excellent negotiation and communication skills


• Good analytical and conceptual skills and quick grasp of complex content, numbers and interfaces


•  "Out of the box" mindset and willingness to actively contribute in a dynamic environment


• Very good analytical skills and experience in project management


• Team player and high social competence


• Fluent in written and spoken German and English, any other language such as French or Italian would be an advantage
