Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development initiatives in the European market, including identifying strategic customers, partners, and growth opportunities.
- Act as a cultural and operational bridge between the Swiss and Chinese teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Support partnership negotiations, contract discussions, and customer engagement in both English and Chinese.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in both the European and Chinese tech ecosystems.
- Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, product, operations) to align customer needs with company capabilities.
- Assist in strategy development for market entry, localization, and scaling of our products across Europe and Asia.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or international operations.
- Proven understanding of both European and Chinese business environments and regulatory landscapes.
- Cross-cultural fluency: deep familiarity with both Eastern and Western cultural practices, ideally having lived/worked in both regions.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, able to build trust across cultures and disciplines.
- Languages: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of managing complexity in a fast-moving startup environment.
