Manager/ Senior Manager Finance Transformation - Order-to-Cash (O2C)

Your tasks

• You will be engaged in and lead Finance transformation programs focused on O2C optimisation, combining elements of process, data, technology and organization.


• You will add value by solving complex technical challenges for our clients while fostering sustainable client relationships.


• You will support the Senior Managers / Directors / Partners across different areas of Order-to-Cash such as Credit Management and Collections, depending on project scope and across various stages of the project lifecycle.


• You will manage the delivery of large projects by producing high quality output, aiming to exceed client expectations.


• You will be a part of a diverse team with individual and shared responsibilities, working towards a common goal and celebrating success along the way.


• You will have the opportunity to help shape a growing team through training, coaching, and supervising junior team members.

Your profile

• You have prior experience working in consulting.


• You have an understanding of the best practices in Order Management, Billing, Credit Management, Collections, Dispute Management and Cash Application.


• You are skilled at stakeholder management and are focused on fostering sustainable client relationships built on trust.


• You have a track record of successfully leading optimization projects with a focus on process design and process improvement.

Additionally, below are skills or experiences that would be a plus:

• You have a qualification or background in accounting, controlling and / or treasury.


• You have experience with SAP ECC, FSCM, CFIN and / or S/4HANA.
