Chief Procurement Officer / Head of Supply Chain

The Position

Develop and execute group procurement and supply chain strategy ensuring cost efficiency, risk diversification, and strategic supplier partnerships

Drive digital transformation across procurement, logistics, and warehouse management to enhance transparency, agility, and data-driven decision-making

Strengthen the group’s competitive advantage through sustainable sourcing, market intelligence, and close collaboration with sales and operations functions

Your Profile

Proven international experience in B2B metal trading

5 years of executive management experience on C-level or as Division Head

Profound experience in procurement and supply chain management

Sales experience advantageous

Knowledge of pipes, flanges and fittings market is an advantage

Open-minded, loyal and winning personality with a high energy level

Very good communication and negotiation skills in English, German is an advantage

Flexible for frequent travelling

Bachelor/Master’s degree in economics and/or engineering
