For our client, a multinational biotechnology company in Solothurn, we are currently looking for a motivated Warehouse & Dispensing Associate (m/f/d).

Description
The Warehouse & Dispensing Associate (m/f/d) performs weigh and dispense and material management activities in compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards by performing the following tasks.
- Executes weigh and dispense operations and material management activities per daily schedules and procedures.
- Performs unloading, preparation, weighing, packing, and shipping of materials, including finished products and drug substances.
- Receives and records GMP materials using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Handles materials within the dispensary, including toxic substances, in compliance with safety and GMP requirements.
- Operates warehouse equipment safely and maintains clean, organized storage areas.
- Supports Kanban materials, kitting, and glucose refill processes.
- Monitors processes against recipes and documentation; troubleshoots equipment and process issues.
- Conducts inventory checks and cycle counts per established procedures.
- Updates documents, implements process or equipment changes, and supports validation activities.
- Maintains individual training plans, participates in team training, and assists in onboarding new associates.
Profile
In order to be considered for the role, the selected candidate must have:
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous background as an industry or process operator, or technical craftsman
- Basic understanding of biopharmaceutical technology and processes
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level; German and/or French considered an asset
- Ability to assess and troubleshoot equipment and process issues, making routine decisions based on experience
- Completion of all required GXP and departmental training
- Solid understanding of documentation standards within a cGMP environment
- Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision while maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations
- A valid forklift license is a plus for this position
