Job description

We are currently recruiting a Digital Campaign Project Leader based in Le Locle. The successful candidate will be part of the international digital marketing team at the Tissot headquarter and report to the Digital Marketing Manager under the supervision of the VP Marketing. Your role will be to drive qualified and qualitative traffic on our brand and ecommerce websites and to work on paid and non-paid traffic improvements. Your will be responsible o Drive the execution of the paid media strategy o Manage the setup, optimization and follow-up of Paid Social Media and Display campaigns o Monitor SEA campaigns (Google Ads) across 16 countries with our external agency o Optimize the ad copies, keywords and coordinate the local modifications needs with our local ecommerce managers. o Create e-mail marketing campaigns and manage the setup of automated emailing campaigns and segmentation rules for newsletter database o Coordinate the newsletter calendar in close cooperation with the marketing team o Analyze campaign performances with pro-active suggestions and improvements o Setup of reporting templates for the management o Follow-up of campaign performances in Google Analytics with customers' paths o Work on SEO optimizations on the website with the digital marketing manager and the ecommerce team


o Digital passionate following new online marketing trends and practices o Strong analytical skills o Strong organizational, planning and time management skills o Team player that is self-motivated and has the ability to work proactively and independently

Professional requirements

o At least 2 years' experience in a similar position (on agency or client side) o University degree in business, marketing or media o Experience in Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager with proven track record o Very good knowledge of Google Analytics. Knowledge in Double Click more specifically would be a plus


o Fluent in French and English. Another language is a plus
