We are looking for an experienced and committed Training Operations Coordinator to join our Academy and Production & Media team at SI Buildings Product Headquarters in Zug. This role combines administrative responsibilities with project ownership in the training domain. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a passion for supporting learners in an international environment.
Your new responsibilities:
Learning Management System Administration: Set up and manage training courses in the Learning Management System My Learning based on Saba, ensuring data accuracy and smooth learner experience
Project Management: Independently lead and execute small to medium-sized training-related projects, from planning to implementation and follow-up
Operational Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for training logistics, scheduling, and communication between stakeholders
Apprentice Supervision: Provide guidance and support to an assigned apprentice, fostering their development and integration into the team
International Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across different countries and cultures
Community Building: Support the Academy by building a global Training Community and shape the reputation and future set-up of Training
Your skills and experience:
Solid knowledge of Learning Management Systems would be beneficial, ideally My Learning (Saba)
Proven experience in coordinating training programs and managing learning projects
Strong organizational talent, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience in mentoring or supervising learners or apprentices
Open minded and creative to support and start new initiatives
Willing to represent the Academy, next to the Academy Head
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
Fluent in English and German; other European languages are advantageous
Location: this position will be based in Zug/Switzerland. Please note that qualified candidates need to be legally eligible for work authorization in Switzerland.
