We are currently seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join a major pharmaceutical facility project based in Frankfurt, Germany. This is a long-term, full-time on-site position within a highly regulated GMP environment, offering the opportunity to contribute to a large-scale capital project alongside multidisciplinary engineering, construction, and CQV teams.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and structured professional with hands-on experience in planning and controlling complex pharmaceutical or biotech projects.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain the project master schedule in alignment with engineering, procurement, construction, and CQV milestones.

Coordinate with discipline leads to collect progress data, verify schedule accuracy, and highlight deviations or risks.

Prepare schedule analyses, progress reports, KPIs, and critical path assessments for project leadership.

Ensure seamless integration of construction, commissioning, and qualification activities into a unified schedule.

Support risk mitigation planning, change management, and scenario analysis.

Participate in coordination meetings and provide clear schedule-driven insights to guide decision-making.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Scheduler / Planner within pharmaceutical, biotech, or other GMP-regulated environments.

Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Solid understanding of project execution phases (engineering, construction, CQV).

Fluency in German (mandatory) and good communication skills in English.

Availability to start as soon as possible.

Ability to work full-time on site in Frankfurt.

Strong coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.
