A project related Financial Planner with experience in biotech (1 year)

You are a team player whose goal-oriented and pragmatic nature is accompanied by your sense of responsibility and meticulousness.

In addition to accounting and payment transaction knowledge, you should have experience in market analyses and financial planning, especially in visualizing biotech project models. Experience in visualizing Holding structures are crucial. Since we work cloud-based, excellent IT skills are a prerequisite, especially since they have to juggle large amounts of data. We work for forecasts with specific programs such as Crystal Ball. We expect you to be able to analyze the financial aspects of new projects in different markets and forecast both expenses and returns.

A basic understanding and experience in analytical support in biotech or pharmaceuticals and laboratory expressions is required. 

Responsibilities:

• Mid and long-term financial planning for 10yrs ahead, including CFS, IS and BS projections
• Financial modelling and scenario planning.
• Risk-adjusted Net Present Value (raNPV) project and company valuations, with sensitivity analysis and benchmarking with competitive landscape. 
• Work with Tornedo Cha
• Valuations of potential Business Development (BD) deals and transaction, both for individual projects as well as for entire companies.
• Serving as a strong business partner for the R&D Team and its project leaders
• Real time deviations reporting on online tool accessible by all stakeholders (budget owner, project leaders, management)
• Introduce Power BI or equivalent as an FP&A real time tool

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration in Finance and Management or a higher
• Team player whose goal-oriented and pragmatic nature
• Responsible and conscientious
• Experience in market analyses and financial planning
• Experience in visualizing biotech project models
• Excellent IT skills are a prerequisite
• Experience with specific programs such as Crystal Ball
• Able to analyze the financial aspects of new projects in different markets and forecast both expenses and returns.
• Basic understanding and experience in analytical support in biotech or pharmaceuticals is required
• Excellent communicate skills in English and Serbian, and knowledge of German is an advantage.
