Description and Requirements

You'll be responsible for:

  • Business operations, execution, and improvement
  • Driving the execution of operational processes across the sales cycle to meet/ exceed businesses objectives.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for sales process improvement & Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies and recommend workable solutions.
  • Monitoring the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed. (weekly/mthly dashboards, etc)
  • Providing insight to enforce rigor and discipline around D365 CRM (pipeline review & analysis; pipeline integrity etc)
  • Responsible for input into distribution and tracking results – collaboration/alignment across all teams.
  • Transformation Projects – drives transformation projects and is an advocate for commercial strategy team on projects, gathers feedback across functions and team and provides frequent communication on status.
  • Providing support data, trends, share, spikes, pen rates to enable the Sale Management team to accurately set and distribute targets and strategize.
  • Quota calculation cycle closure – accuracy of calculations/reporting accuracy/target setting, proposal and implementation of over/under attainment actions and recommendations.
  • Sales Productivity – performance, coverage
  • Align Sales teams with recommendations on SIP PDT to drive priorities.
  • Effective cross functional collaboration – Finance, Regional Ops, Product, Pricing and extended sales team. Tie’s up all nuances of the various functions to optimize sales productivity and throughput.
  • Providing management direction and support/ challenges in
  • GEO/Market/regional BMS
  • Operational performance reviews with senior and managing the execution of agreed improvement plans.
  • Coordinating training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel.
  • Best Practices – understanding practices from GEOs / BUs and share effectiveness for recommended implementation.

Base gross monthly salary from 3800 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 14% of your annual earnings
