Project Coordinator – Plant Building USA (m/f/d) - GF Casting Solutions AG, Schaffhausen

Your tasks:

• Support in the definition of the internal and external project scope, objectives, and deliverables and in the creation of a comprehensive project plan that includes tasks and timelines
• Support in the development and maintenance of the project schedule monitoring progress against milestones and adjusting plans as necessary to keep the project on track
• Facilitating communication among the management, stakeholders, and other relevant parties and providing regular updates on project progress, issues, and risks
• Identifying and monitoring of potential risks to the project and developing strategies to mitigate them
• Support in the establishment of quality standards and processes to ensure project deliverables meet requirements
• Addressing issues and conflicts that arise during the project and finding solutions to keep the project moving forward
• Preparation and facilitating internal and external meetings
• Supporting purchasing with supplier escalations

Your profile:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or business-related field of study or an apprenticeship with additional training
• At least 3 years of professional experience in project management and/or production
• Highly committed, and flexible. and open-minded person with clear communication skills
• Organized to work independently and responsible towards the project or cultural objectives
• Problem-solving and critical thinking attitude
• Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
• If necessary, willingness to undertake a long-term assignment to the USA
