Your role

As a Client Relationship Manager for External Asset Managers at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are responsible for servicing existing clients as well as acquiring and building up relationships with new EXAMs and Family Offices. As well as provide permanent service to the Bank's EXAM team in Basel, its (EXAM) clients as well as the related managed end-clients.

Your responsibilities

  • Serve EXAMs and their end-clients (such as trading, administration, opening of accounts, KYC etc.)
  • Develop existing EXAMs' clients
  • Acquire new EXAMs
  • Advise EXAMs on trading, services and products of the bank
  • Participate in the strategic development of bank's offering for EXAMs

Your profile

  • Bachelor degree in Finance/Economics or completed bank apprenticeship or similar banking education 
  • 5 to 10 years' years of practical experience in the field of finance
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft tools; Avaloq is an advantage 
  • Strong customer service ethics and excellent communication skills
  • Hands on mentality, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Sense of responsibilities, dynamism, proactivity, and flexibility
  • Fluent in English and German
