Für unseren Produktions- und Vertriebsstandort in Laufen/Baselland suchen wir einen

Sie unterstützen den Procurement Manager und sind verantwortlich für das Vertragsmanagement sowie den operativen Beschaffungsprozess von Investitionen, Komponenten, Halbfabrikaten und Verbrauchsmaterialien. Sie erstellen die Bedarfsanalyse aufgrund von SAP-Planungsaufträgen und vergeben die Bestellungen an unsere internationalen Lieferanten. Preisverhandlungen, Terminüberwachung und Stammdatenpflege im SAP zählen genauso zu Ihrem vielseitigen Aufgabengebiet wie die Mitarbeit in diversen Projekten. Im Bereich Administration übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung des Flottenmanagements, des Versicherungswesens, der Gebäudeverwaltung sowie des Kurierdienstes.

Sie haben vorzugsweise eine kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung und eventuell eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Einkauf (Einkaufsfachmann/frau o.ä.) absolviert. Wünschenswert sind ausserdem einige Jahre Einkaufserfahrung (idealerweise in einem Produktionsunternehmen). Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch und Englisch und können sich vorzugsweise auch auf Französisch verständigen. Der Umgang mit MS Office sowie SAP (vorzugsweise MM/FI und Ariba) ist Ihnen vertraut. Eine strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise ist eine weitere Voraussetzung. Ausserdem sind Sie ein kundenorientierter, durchsetzungsstarker, zuverlässiger und belastbarer Teamplayer.
