HR Officer (Fixed-term contract - 7 months)



Your team


 


The Corporate Functions Division includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Corporate Office, Risk and Tax departments. 


 


Technology & Operations (Tech & Ops) design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds 
administration services. 


 


Reporting to a Tech & Ops HR Business Partner, you will be dedicated to the Technology & Operations business line.
 


Your role


 


-    Providing efficient support and managing recruitment processes, including publishing job advertisements (internally and externally), taking proactive ownership of interview scheduling, feedback collation, recruitment portal management and all other related administrative tasks.
-    Delivering efficient and accurate employee lifecycle administration and follow-up (start dates, schedule for trial periods, transfers, departures, drafting career biographies for long-service milestones, coordination with HR management, scanning/filing, etc.). 
-    Drafting contractual documents and following up on all other related tasks.
-    Providing administration support to the HR Tech & Ops team and managing their diaries.


Your profile


 


-    At least some initial experience in a fast-paced and demanding environment, ideally in financial services and/or a recruitment agency. 
-    Excellent organisational skills, a sense of rigour and attention to detail, with a proactive approach.
-    Strong client-service skills.
-    Experience with HR systems, particularly SAP and Success Factors, would be an asset. 
-    Excellent communication skills: an ability to interact with varied and exacting interlocutors in an international and multicultural environment.
-    Written and oral fluency in both French and English.
-    Must be resident in Switzerland.
