  • Responsible for SAP HCM support and application projects
  • Close coordination and cooperation with the other areas of IT Solutions
  • Consulting and support of our business partners in the central and specialist departments of the AG as well as the companies (recording/conception/implementation of customer requirements)
  • User support as well as Troubleshooting
  • Application operation, updates
  • Participation in projects
  • Documentation of services and concepts
  • Customizing (incl. schemas/cycles)
  • Design/implementation of authorization roles
  • Coordination of external service providers

Theis position can be based at the locations Düsseldorf, Berlin, Kassel, Kiel, Unterlüß, Bremen and Neuenstadt.

  • Degree in information technology or business administration or comparable training
  • Several years of experience in SAP-HCM environment in comparable tasks
  • PA, OM
  • Knowledge of payroll accounting DE (experience in further country accounting desirable)
  • Knowledge of company pension scheme DE advantageous
  • Confident handling of HR module specific support packages and pre/post processing
  • Methodical knowledge and ideally certification in project management and ITIL
  • Good communication and presentation skills orally and in writing in German and English
  • Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
  • Willingness to learn and openness for new application platforms (e.g. HCM4S4 and Success Factors)
