To help us pursue our corporate strategy of sustainable, responsible, qualitative and quantitative growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Click or tap here to enter subject. Develop, prepare and present customer-specific and proactive trend presentations, taking into account product trends, target group trends and market trends for national and international customers in the Fine Fragrance and Personal Care segments

Take on independent responsibility for Fine Fragrance and Personal Care promotions for Africa, Europe and Latin America

Create advertising texts and poetic scent descriptions

Design storyboards and direct shoots (photo and video)

Develop and evaluate olfactory concepts in collaboration with the Fragrance Design and Sales departments

Stay up to date on the general market and trends in the area of fragrance, cosmetics, fashion, etc. with the help of various databases

Regularly collaborate with different departments, such as: Sales, Fragrance Design, Perfumery and R&D

Assist with running social media channels such as LinkedIn and Instagram

WHAT WE EXPECT

University degree with a major in marketing/communications or other recognised training in the field of marketing

At least five years of experience in the cosmetics/fragrance sector in a marketing role

Excellent French and English skills (German is a plus)

Reliable, precise, proactive, efficient, team-oriented way of working

An eye for beauty, which is also reflected in graphic customer presentations and social media activities

Enthusiasm for the topics of fragrances, beauty and lifestyle
