Your job

In this position, you'll play a pivotal role in evaluating, advising, and implementing a diverse range of projects to ensure proper security processes and controls are in place. Your expertise will be instrumental in reviewing existing security configurations and methods, identifying potential weaknesses, and uncovering opportunities for enhancement.

• Serve as a technical security project engineer to advise and implement on proper security designs for new security services.
• Work between IT Service, Information Security and IT teams to ensure requirements are incorporated into designs, and escalating risks.
• Provide support for IT service, Corporate IT and business teams to resolve security events.
• Provide subject matter expertise in information security as it relates to networks and systems.
• Provide backup for security operation management
• Maintain knowledge of the information security needs of business partners and implement measures to satisfy those requirements in the most efficient manner.
• Provide other teams with security consulting services, including responding to requests for additional information and assisting with specific projects.

Your profile

A passionate IT security professional seeking to work in a dynamic, innovative and international company.

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is required, plus demonstrable professional experience of 3-5 years in the field of IT security / CyberSecurity.
• Project management experience is highly desired as well as familiarity with a variety of security tools and platforms, especially O365 security stack.
• Cloud service experience with Azure and some networking experience are helpful.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage priorities and to meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport, influence and establish relationships.
• Proficiency in English is required, both spoken and written. Knowledge of the German language is an advantage.
