Senior Lead - Global Finance Operations (Product Creation to Supply Planning)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance profile to join our Global Operations finance team. This role will play a pivotal role in optimizing inventory management processes, contributing to Integrated Business Planning (IBP) initiatives, supporting product margin target settings and creating financial transparency around sustainable initiatives.The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of strategic thinking, financial acumen, and operational expertise to drive continuous improvement in inventory transparency and management options.The business partnership with the Product Creation and Operations teams as well as Global Demand Planning and Supply Planning will be crucial to optimize margin deliverables and inventory health for the company.

Your Mission

  • Drive the Global Operations and Supply Chain Finance steering and business partnering with Global Supply Chain functions (S&OP, Sustainability, Planning departments).
  • Create transparency on Inventory Value and support Stock Optimization.
  • Provide strategic guidance and consultancy services to senior management on inventory management best practices, including demand forecasting, supply chain optimization, and inventory risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop, in collaboration with pricing, costing and group controlling team, long term margin goals, and turn Strategy into execution by defining the activities that achieve long term sustainable growth for the Group.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate inventory management strategies into the broader IBP process, aligning with business objectives and financial targets. Identify S&OP financial implications on inventory level and sourcing strategy, and create transparency around decision making.
  • Develop and implement robust systems and processes to ensure transparency and accuracy in inventory tracking, leveraging consultancy expertise to identify and address gaps in data integrity and reporting.
  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to optimize supply chain networks, streamline inventory flows, and minimize working capital requirements while maintaining service levels and product quality.
  • Create visibility on the financial impacts from sustainable initiatives across the entire operational value chain.
  • Facilitate change management processes to drive adoption of new inventory management practices and tools, providing training and support to stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  • Harmonize financial health with sustainable development, providing transparently the financial impact of the sustainable initiatives across the entire operational value chain.
