HR Manager Services International (f/m/d)

What you will do:
- Responsible for international personnel management by solving different HR issues independently or by supporting local HR/HR Business Partners and by coordinating all stakeholders.
- Point of contact for Line managers and international employees across Axpo entities worldwide mainly in Europe, Singapore and US on payroll and HR administration topics.
- In charge of overseeing payroll coordination and managing monthly payroll processes for multiple countries among the 28 different countries (around 950 employees) under HR Services International scope.
- Accountable for Global mobility set- up implementation such as international assignment, split contract, relocation, etc.
- Providing insights on the employees contractual documents ‘issuance and keeping the contractual templates & labor law knowledge up to date by working with external providers.
- Driving or participating in different national and international HR Projects & initiatives for instance HR Software implementation, Handbook creation, etc.
- Running and preparing monthly FTE report and any other HR reports requested by the business.
- Contributing to the annual Compensation Review Cycle by ensuring the contractual documents issuance and the payroll implementation.
- Setting up new entities / branches e.g. agreement framework with different providers, creation of contract templates, etc.
What you bring & who you are:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Several years of experience in personnel management in an international and a global matrix environment.
- Ability to work with diverse cultures and in a dynamic setting.
- Strong problem solving and organization skills.
- Adaptable to change and possess a willingness to embrace new ideas and processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good skills in MS Office, SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
- Business fluent in English, any other language such as German, French and Spanish is a plus.
