Responsibilities
- Examine and interpret business needs to determine the best solutions.
- Create, implement, and manage solutions that support the company's transformation goals.
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure that solutions are clearly communicated and comprehended.
- Over 5 years of experience in Business / Data Analysis.
- Proven experience as a Solution Analyst or in a similar capacity within the Data & Analytics domain.
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is advantageous.
- Enterprise Architect (emphasis on data and UML)
- Familiarity with IBM Private Cloud is a strong advantage.
- Experience with SwaggerHub or any OpenAPI documentation tools.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau.
- Experience with TIBCO, ATTACAMA, Gemin.AI, SCYTALE, Carto would be an advantage
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Czech (both spoken and written).
