YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Coordination / Management of major incidents

  • Lead and manage task forces to resolve major incidents as fast as possible

  • Document the major incidents appropriate and initiate & track the problem management process

  • Proper communication to the different stakeholders

  • Ensure documentation and perform the recap sessions / lessons learned after the major incident is resolved

  • Regular alignment of the local and international incident- and problem management teams and initiate improvements on process, task and team level

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree in Business Information Technology or similar

  • Work experience in similar role for at least 5 years in financial industries

  • ITIL certification and familiar with agile working methods

  • Quick learner & flexible

  • Self-motivated and leadership skills

  • Excellent customer facing skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Team player

  • Good analytical and coordination abilities

  • Fluent oral and written in English, German is an advantage / all additional language skills are a plus
