Position
- Contribute to the sales growth by invigorating TAG Heuer global brand image and desirability through communications across all touch points: 1) AD/PR, 2) Branding Events (Media/Customers) in Japan. Adhere to TAG Heuer global strategy implemented in market.
- Create TAG Heuer experiences through Branding events.
- Ensure Brand visibility, elevate relevance through global and local sponsorships, and cultivate local influencers.

(Main responsibility)
Paid Advertising/PR
- Build local paid advertising/media strategy online and offline guaranteeing the best deployment of advertising investments on all touch points. Be the eyes, the ears and the voice for Global Media & Advertising strategy, manage the relationship with Media agencies to ensure qualitative Brand visibility. Innovate disruptive brand exposure on media.
- Lead media campaigns for key launches. Own localization of Brand Ad, and key media coverages both print & digital tie-up, incl. Trade Ad (paid media and media tie-ups).
- Analyze global media trends as well as local peculiarities, by monitoring competitors’ strategies in term of media investments and communications approaches, and understand media landscape and target behavior.
- Promote Retail/Trade Fairs to support generate qualified traffic.
- Own and distribute Spec Sheet to internal stakeholders, and partner with Training team for consistent product communications.
- Be accountable for media budget, plan definition, implementation and reporting to HQ in a timely manner.
Branding Event
- Develop Branding/Media event strategy in a partnership with key Marketing functions and external partners for qualitative TAG Heuer brand experience. Quality versus quantity.
- Scout and choose the best suppliers for media and customer events.
- Supervise the organization of spaces: creative set up, flow of invitees, products exhibition. Be a quick problem solver in the location, providing evidence of necessary changes, enhances etc.
- Orchestrate all team efforts of internal/external stakeholders for events, and follow up the progress and results of the events for Retail, Operation & Merchandizing, CRM, Marketing, and VMD, own reporting.
- Be accountable for events budgets and their ROI.
Sponsoring/Influencers Engagement
- Define the PR plan for sponsoring/influencer activation.
- Develop local influencers who aspire target audience, enhance TAG Heuer brand desirability. Create an organic influencer community of TAG Heuer fans in Japan.
- Be accountable for consignment products for media and influencers, measure the investment, and report ROI.
Team Management
- Train / coach staffs by delegation and leading by example.

Job Requirements
Education:
・University Graduate or equivalent proficiency
Experience:
・Minimum 7 year experience in marketing communications experience in luxury brands, apparels or PR agency. Watch & Jewelry preferred.
・Digital PR experience through digital media or SNS
・Influencer marketing
・Good relationship with key editors/stylists
・Work experience in Foreign-affiliated company preferable
Skills:
・Interpersonal savvy / Strong communication skills
・Professional writing skills for press release and other PR material
・Self-starter/Proactive
・Team worker
・Agility in fast-paced environment
・Business level of English
・Dealing with ambiguity
