DECTRIS is a successful and growing hightech company that develops and manufactures X-ray and electron cameras to spark scientific breakthroughs around the world. Your Tasks
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable data architectures that support the company's data journey to harness more data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Develop and optimize data pipelines, ensuring robust integration between on-premises and cloud-based systems
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to deeply understand data needs and deliver solutions that enhance reliable data access
  • Establish and foster data management practices to create and maintain a future-proof, scalable data platform
Your Skills
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Demonstrable expertise in building and maintaining data architectures and pipelines
  • Experience with the implementation of a data platform, like Databricks, snowflake, etc. is advantageous
  • Strong familiarity with cloud services, Kubernetes, RDBS, and object storage solutions
  • Skilled in navigating both cloud-based and on-premises data system environments
  • Experience with agile methodologies and a proactive approach to self-organized working
  • Good communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in team settings
