Tasks and Responsibilities

• • Leading and defining construction site organization and processes
  • Regularly inspecting construction sites for safety compliance and progress assessment
  • Meticulous measurements and accurate documentation
  • Efficiently organizing and coordinating resources for smooth operations
  • Thorough reporting and effective defect management
  • Vigilant monitoring of installation quality
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with project participants, suppliers, and customers
  • Conducting productive meetings to foster collaboration and coordination

• • Completed apprenticeship as a certified carpenter, with experience in the kitchen industry (kitchen planning, installation, and on-site experience) as well as relevant material knowledge.
  • Knowledge of project management and demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with high analytical abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong IT affinity.
  • Knowledge of the SIA 118 standard is advantageous.
  • Fluent German speaker (mandatory)
