For the Radionuclide Development Group we are looking for a

Your tasks

  • Design and develop new chemical separation and targetry systems based on selected production routes for radionuclide development
  • Upscaling of production methods for performing radiochemical separations and routine production of radionuclides
  • Laboratory management (equipment support, ordering, etc.)
  • Contribute (data management and writing) to scientific publications and funding applications
  • Directly and indirectly supervise technicians and apprentices
  • Work with Radiation Protection, as part of the development of new radionuclides

Your profile

  • MSc/PhD degree in chemistry
  • Strong background in radiochemical separations, targetry and ISOL experience would be an advantage
  • Be prepared to work in an environment where ionizing radiation is present
  • Good command of the English language, German would be an advantage
