In this dynamic and varied role, you will support our staff with all ICT-related needs and contribute to projects aimed at evolving our innovative ICT environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring our ICT infrastructure, security systems, and business applications
- Contributing to system design and architecture
- Planning and managing projects to select and implement new systems
- Creating and maintaining system and process documentations in English
- Providing user support and consulting regarding hardware, software, and mobile devices in the local language (German in Zurich or French in Geneva) and English
- Collaborating with other members of our multi-disciplinary ICT team across locations and with external partners
Your Profile:
- Completed training as an ICT professional with extensive professional experience as a system engineer and relevant further education
- Excellent knowledge of Windows (Client & Server) and related Microsoft technologies; proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience with virtualized infrastructures/VDI (VMware), Active Directory, GPO, Exchange, ICT security (Cisco IronPort, IDS, DLP, SIEM), SharePoint, PowerShell/scripting
- Experience with Azure / M365 / Intune, MECM (SCCM), MS SQL Server, MDM, network systems (LAN, WAN, VPN, etc.) and relevant standards (in particular CIS Benchmarks and ISO 27001) is a plus
- Relevant certifications are advantageous
- Proficiency in the local language (German in Zurich or French in Geneva) and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of the other local language is a plus
