Your Skill Set

  • 1-2 years of experience as an Active Sourcer in the Swiss Market or in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in using advanced sourcing techniques and tools that go beyond LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Proficient in conducting market research and analysis, prioritising tasks, and managing multiple requisitions.
  • Strategic thinking to adapt sourcing strategies to changing business needs, a results-oriented mindset with a passion for finding the right talent.
  • Collaborative team player who actively shares knowledge and works well in a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and German.
