Job Title : Launch Lead - Biologics, Switzerland, and Austria

Job Description
It is an exciting opportunity to join Galderma as a Launch Lead, Biologics for the Alpine region. You will play a crucial role in leading the launch readiness and post-launch acceleration for the biologic range, for Switzerland and Austria
The role reports to General Manager Switzerland and Austria
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the launch strategy in close collaboration with the local cross-functional team and in line with Regional and Global guidance; lead the marketing
- Gather and analyze market insights, competitor intelligence and customer feedbacks to inform the launch strategy
- Build and develop KOL relationships in close collaboration with the Medical team
- Identify potential risks or obstacles that may impact the launch success and develop mitigation strategies
- Develop and refine the forecast
- Develops the talents of the Junior Brand Manager
- Inspire field force (commercial and medical) with regards to vision / ambition and pull-through activities for the way forward
- Lead third-party agencies to develop and execute on key tactics
- Ensure adherence to budget
- Adhere to all company principles and policies including safety and legal regulations and compliance with the local code of practice
- Cross-functional and cross-business local team, and peers in relevant countries
- Leads and coaches one Junior Brand Manager and develops their talents
Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field or MBA is preferred.
- Marketing experience with demonstrated leadership in launch readiness programs with biologics. Preferably in Dermatology. Sales / Commercial Operations experience desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership in post-launch growth acceleration.
- Curious and entrepreneurial mind, proven learning agility, positive attitude, a hands-on shaper and not afraid of challenging the status quo
- Demonstrated people leadership and talent development.
- Strong business/commercial acumen
- Strong influencing and collaboration skills to partner with key internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues and influence in English and German. French (desirable)
