• Selbstständige Abwicklung von Import- (ATLAS) und Exportsendungen (EDEC/ PASSAR), Kontrolle von Zolldokumenten
• Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Sendungsdaten, Zollanmeldungen
• Klärung & Abstimmung mit zuständigen Zollbehörden, Ämtern und internen Stellen
• Selbstständige Verwaltung und Erledigung der entstehenden Pendenzen
• Beratung und Unterstützung der Kunden in zolltechnischen Fragen
• Verwaltung von Kundenstammdaten und Aufschubkonten in ATLAS
• Support bei der Schnittstellenbetreuung
• Erstellung von Intrastat- und Zusammenfassenden Meldungen
• Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition/ Logistik oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrungen/ Weiterbildung in der Zollabwicklung (Ein- und Ausfuhr) wünschenswert
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprache von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Paketen
• Strukturierte, eigenständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit
